- Any pre-treatment preparations (such as cleaning, moving furniture, or securing pets) must be completed as advised.
- Simpson Pest Control is not responsible for damages resulting from untreated pest infestations.

- Simpson Pest Control is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- We are not responsible for property damages resulting from pest activity before, during, or after treatment.
